It appears that the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail as early as on 30.04.2021 and after a period of four months, this application has been filed for extension of time, stating that due to the pandemic situation, the petitioner could not arrange the sureties. This Court is not satisfied with the reasons assigned in the petition. Therefore, this petition is dismissed, however, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh application for anticipatory bail, if so advised.
