ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to survey and demarcate her property situated in Survey Nos.292/10, 292/15 and 292/4, Ettiyathali Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukottai District, by considering her representation dated 20.05.2025. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.R.Balakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.According to the petitioner, she purchased the above mentioned property under a registered sale deed dated 09.04.2025 from one Perriyathambi, who in turn purchased the property under a registered sale deed dated 04.08.2016 from Samivel Thevar. The patta for the subject
property was also mutated in favour of the petitioner in Patta No.8407. The petitioner submitted an online application before the second respondent on 15.05.2025 seeking survey of the subject property in Application No.2025/0123/22/009362. However, the same has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation on 20.05.2025 seeking survey of the subject property as per her online application. Since there is no response from the respondents, the petitioner has come before this Court with the above mentioned prayer. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered on seniority basis.
5.In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 15.05.2025 in Application No.2025/0123/22/009362 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy
