ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police has submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the same has been closed.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner insisted the Court to direct the second respondent police to arrest the defacto complainant, as he is an accused in Crime No.497 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent police. When the Court has posed a specific question as to how the said relief can be granted in this petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner going on insisting the Court to direct the second respondent police to arrest the defacto complainant. Then the Court suggested the petitioner to move petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C and thereafter he requests this Court to grant permission to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.

3. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
