PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime no.117 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners /A6 and A8 who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.06.2023 for the offences under sections 147,148,294(b),324,506(ii)307 of IPC r/w.section 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No.117 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity petitioners herein along with other accused abused the defacto complainant, attacked him with deadly weapons, hence the case. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4. It is seen that the petitioners along with other accused inorder to do away the life of the victim had attacked him with deadly weapons, due to which he sustained injuries on his head and still taking treatment in the hospital, hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
