ORDER

The present criminal original petition is filed seeking a direction to the Additional District Special Court for Exclusive trial of SC/ST (POA)Act, Sivagangai to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of surrender in Crime No.91 of 2026 on the file of the second responent police.

2. The petitioner is facing allegations under SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989. Considering the averments in the petition, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional District Special Court for Exclusive trial of SC/ST (POA)Act, Sivagangai, to consider the bail application of the petitioner in Crime No.91 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent police and to accept his surrender on the same day after giving due opportunity to the defacto complainant. 2/4

3. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
