ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to survey and to fix the boundaries of the petitioner's lands situated in S.Nos.237/8B, 237/1, 237/10, 237/2, 238/4 and 183/11A at Kottur Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai. 2.For such purpose, the petitioner has already made a representation on 11.11.2015.

Therefore, it is for the respondents to consider the said request and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. Therefore, this Court without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, only directs the 1st respondent to consider the said representation of the petitioner dated 11.11.2015 and pass orders on merits and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
