O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to disburse the provident fund or other monetary benefits of the Petitioner by considering the Petitioner's representation, dated 11.11.2016.

2.Mr.P.Gunasekaran, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.S.Sathish Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the second respondent. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The case of the Petitioner is that the he joined the service as Constable in the Uniformed Service and thereafter promoted as Head Constable and retired from service on 31.5.2003, on attaining the age of superannuation. Even though the Petitioner has submitted a letter to the second respondent to give monetary benefits to him, but the same was not disbursed to him. In this regard, the Petitioner has sent a letter/representation to the second respondent on 11.11.2016 to send his provident fund details to the first respondent, which has not been considered so far. Hence the Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.

4. The counsel for the respondents would submit that it is agreeable for the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders thereon.

5.In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.11.2016 and to pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of copy of this order. If any favorable orders are passed and proposal is communicated to the first respondent, the first respondent who in-turn is directed to consider the said proposal and pass appropriate orders on the same, in accordance with law within one month from the date of receiving no objection from the second respondent to consider the said proposal. 6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
