For Respondent : Mrs.M.Ananthadevi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 60 of 2019 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294 (b), 323, 324 and 506 (ii) of IPC, in Crime No.60 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that as per the FIR, on 13.07.2019, the petitioner and other accused persons assaulted the defacto complainant with iron rod, stone & wooden log and caused grievous cut injuries to the defacto complainant. He further submitted that FIR has been registered against the defacto complainant in Crime No.55 of 2019. As a counter blast, the defacto complainant, lodged the present case. He further submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he was falsely implicated in this case, and therefore, he prayed to grant for anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that it is a case and case in counter. The petitioner is a History Sheeter and 2 previous cases are pending against the petitioner, and hence, she objected for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Taking into consideration of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that already two cases are pending against the petitioner and also the fact that already history sheet has been opened against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
