ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct to the 2nd respondent to register petitioner document (Release Deed) in respect of survey Nos.88/3, 90/1, 91/4, Koduvilar Patti Village, Theni District, with an extent of 5 acre 47 cents and survey No.128/5, Koduvilar Patti Village, Theni District, with an extent of 6 3⁄4 cents by considering his representation dated 29.05.2025.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 29.05.2025, and pass orders in accordance with law.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
