This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.09.2019 and take action in accordance with law. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's husband working in abroad (Dubai). The petitioner and her children are residing at T.S.No.55, Block No.1 Ward No.W, Trichy. The said house was bought by the petitioner in auction that was conducted by the Central Bank of India, Trichy. The neighbors of the petitioner, caused damage to the petitioner's house worth about Rs.6,000/- and the same was questioned by her. Due to which, the neighbors threatened the petitioner and also criminally intimidated her with dire consequences. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation dated 06.09.2019 to the third respondent.

Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents police to take action on the representation dated 06.09.2019. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.09.2019 will be considered by the respondent police at the earliest.

W.P.(MD) No.16031 of 2020 4.Considering the submissions made on either side, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 06.09.2019, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
