PRAYER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned Letter passed by the 1st respondent vide Ref.Claims/74Z/KP dated 09.06.2016 and to quash the same and to pass appropriate orders on the basis of the claim of the petitioner dated 17.05.2016 without insisting succession certificate.
