ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1st and 2nd to provide adequate police protection to the Petitioner and her construction workers while carrying out the plastering work/construction work of the petitioner's property in Plot No.28, Survey No.593/31, (Old Survey No.337/5) situated at 2nd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12819 of 2021 Harijan Street, Annavasal Town Panchayat, Iluppur Taluk, Pudukkottai District on the basis of representation of the petitioner dated 13.08.2021.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted detailed enquiry and the same was closed on 10.09.2021.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
