O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.187 of 2021 pending on the file of the second respondent Police within the time fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that even though a case has been registered on 27.06.2021, no enquiry has been undertaken by the respondent Police.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No. 187 of 2021 will be completed and final report will be filed within a period of two months.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

5. In view of the above submission, the respondent police is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12766 of 2021 directed to file the final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the compliance report must be submitted to the Registry thereafter. 6.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
