It is seen that the petitioner has given a complaint dated 21.09.2016 to the second respondent and has filed this Writ Petition for a direction to the second respondent to register an FIR against the accused persons.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. In the considered opinion of this Court, such a direction cannot be issued in view of the law laid down by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., v. the Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2 Adyar Police Station, Chennai and another reported in 2016(5) CTC 577. Accordingly this petition is dismissed with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
