Bench and the settlement agreement has also been enclosed along with the affidavit. Therefore, in terms of the aforesaid settlement agreement, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

2.In view of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The Mediation Report/settlement agreement shall form part and parcel of this order.
