O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to remove the petitioner's name from the rowdy list maintained by the second respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2020.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would reiterate the contentions raised in the affidavit. In support of his contention, he would rely upon the decision of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10768 of 2019, dated 23.04.2019. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.09.2020 will be considered within a period of eight weeks.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner along with the decision of this Court cited by him, without adverting to the merits of the case, the respondents police are directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2020, seeking to remove his name from the history sheet, in the light of the order cited supra, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
