Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to modify the condition No.4 imposed in Cr.M.P.No.589 of 2018 dated 27.02.2018 on the file of the learned Special court under the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishment)Act, 1997,Madurai. ORDER: This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.K.VIJAYAN,Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate for the Respondent, this Court made the following order:

The Petitioner was granted bail by the Special Court subject to certain conditions. The said conditions were modified by this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent every Monday at 05.00 p.m. The Petitioner has come forward for

relaxing the said condition. It is submitted that the final report has since been filed in this case and it has been taken on file in C.C.No.6 of 2009 by the Special Court. The next date of hearing is 07.08.2019. In these circumstances, it is only just and proper that the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. Criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed.
