PRAYER :- To enlarge the petitioner/accused on bail in C.C.No.19 of 2022 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge of Principal Special Court to EC and NDPS Act Cases,Thanjavur in Crime No.01/2022 in on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who is facing trial for the offence under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b), (ii)(c), 25 and 29(i) of NDPS Act, in C.C.No.19 of 2022 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge of Principal Special Court to EC and NDPS Act Cases, Thanjavur in Crime No.01 of 2022 in on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused were found in illegal possession of 14kgs of Ganja. Hence, the case.

3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

CRL OP(MD) No.11436 of 2023 4.It is seen that this is the petitioner's third bail applications and the earlier applications for bail in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14655 of 2022 was dismissed as not pressed on 07.11.2022 and Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10722 of 2023 was dismissed as withdrawn on 21.06.2023. Suppressing the dismissal of earlier application for bail in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10722 of 2023, the petitioner has filed the present application for bail before this Court. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 5.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the learned Additional District Judge of Principal Special Court to EC and NDPS Act Cases,Thanjavur is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.19 of 2022 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
