ORDER

(Judgment of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.

2.The learned Additional Advocate General produced a copy of the proceeding dated 14.08.2025 issued by the Registrar (in-charge), Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai, indicating that the writ petitioner's service has been regularized with effect from 14.11.2015 notionally with monetary benefits from 11.08.2021. Cheque No.011990, dated 14.08.2025 for a sum of Rs.5,09,969 has also been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.I am satisfied that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed. The appearance of the contemnor is dispensed with.
