For Respondent : Mrs.M.Anantha Devi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR MODIFICATION Under Sec.482 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To modify the condition imposed by this Court passed in Crl.OP (MD)No.8519 of 2019 dated 24.06.2019 as appear before the JM No.II, Kovilpatti instead of appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30a.m until further orders.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL OP(MD) No.8519 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that even though the petitioners are ready to appear before the respondent Police, the respondent Police is ready to put up another case against the petitioners. Hence, he prays for modification of the said condition to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that if the petitioners are having the apprehension of putting up another

case before the respondent Police, they may be directed to appear before the higher officials.

4. Taking into consideration the above submission, the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.8519 of 2019 on 24/06/2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kovilpatti daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

5.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
