O R D E R
These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed to direct the Subordinate Judge, Thoothukudi, to dispose of E.P.Nos.3 and 6 of 2020 in O.S.No.14 of 2007 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
2.It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner as plaintiff has instituted O.S.No.14 of 2007 for the relief of recovery of possession, wherein, an executable decree had passed on 22.04.2019 and the same was put into execution in E.P.Nos.3 and 6 of 2020. He further submitted that E.P.Nos.3 and 6 of 2020 have been pending for more than one year, without getting disposal. Under the said circumstances, the present petitions have been filed for getting the relief sought for therein.
3.Since, the decree in O.S.No.14 of 2007 is of the year 2019 and also considering that E.P.Nos.3 and 6 of 2020 have been pending for more than one year, the learned Subordinate Judge, Thoothukudi, is directed to dispose of E.P.Nos.3 and 6 in O.S.No.14 of 2007 as early as possible.
