ORDER

Despite service of notice, respondent / husband has not appeared either in person or through counsel duly instructed.

2. The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of proceedings in IDOP.No. 117 of 2020 filed by the respondent / husband, on the file of Family Court, Tirunelveli, to the Family Court, Nagercoil, to be tried along with IDOP.No. 202 of 2020 filed by her.

3. The wife is a resident of Nagercoil. The husband is a resident of Tirunelveli. Transfer is sought for mainly on the ground of convenience. The fact that the wife is a resident of Nagercoil is not disputed and even in the IDOP filed by the husband, the petitioner shown to be a resident at Nagercoil.

4. In view of the above, the Transfer CMP is allowed and the IDOP.No.117 of 2020 pending on the file of the Family Court at Tirunelveli is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Nagercoil tobe tried along with the petition for divorce filed by the petitioner / wife in IDOP.No.202 of 2020. Family Court, Tirunelveli is directed to transmit the papers to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
