PRAYER :- To extend the time limit fixed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl OP (MD)No.8263 of 209 dated 14.06.2019 to surrender before the concerned Magistrate to execute the sureties. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.8263 of 2019, dated 14/06/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was in Qatar at the time of granting anticipatory bail in CRL OP(MD) No.8263 of 2019, dated 14/06/2019 and hence she could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, she prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is ordered and the time for executing the bail bond is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
