Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2017 to establish the new bus stand at Karur by implementing the Government Order vide G.O.(Ms)No.87, dated 20.06.2013 passed by the first respondent. For Petitioner : Mr.V.Muthumani For Respondents 1 to 3 : Mr.D.Muruganandam, Additional Government Pleader.

For Respondent No.4 : Mr.D.Ragu

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to implement G.O(Ms)No.87 dated 20.06.2013 with regard to establishment of a new bus stand in Karur Town, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.

2.Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.D.Ragu, learned counsel, has taken notice for the fourth respondent. 3.It is seen from the records that the Government of Tamil Nadu have already passed G.O(Ms)No.87 dated 20.06.2013 with regard to establishment of a new bus stand in Karur Town. The main grievance expressed on the side of the petitioner is that despite of G.O. has been passed, the authorities have not taken proper steps.

4.Considering the fact that the Government of Tamil Nadu have already passed G.O(Ms)No.87 dated 20.06.2013 with regard to establishment of a new bus stand in Karur Town, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

5.In fine, this writ petition is allowed without costs and the respondents 1 ,2 and 4 are directed to establish a new bus stand in Karur Town in pursuance of G.O(Ms)No.87 dated 20.06.2013 within a period of two months.
