RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.9396/2019 vide order dated 03.07.2019 by permitting him to appear before the JM, Melur, Madurai District for a period of three weeks, instead of appearing before the respondent Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.ANAND, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.9396/2019 vide order dated 03.07.2019.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 03.07.2019 with a direction to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. He further submitted that the respondent police has got prior enmity against the petitioner and that is prior to the registration of the First Information Report , the respondent police have taken the two wheeler of the petitioner bearing Reg.No. TN 59 BH 0384, a cheque book and bank account pass book. He further submitted that he is ready to comply with the conditions before any other station.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner after getting anticipatory bail has not surrendered before the concerned Magistrate and executed bail bond. Hence she opposed to modify the said condition.
4. Taking into consideration of the aforesaid fact and also considering the submissions made on both side, this Court is inclined to modify the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Umachikulam daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of three weeks and thereafter shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Further one week time is extended for surrendering and executing bail bond before the concerned Court from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. All other conditions imposed by this Court in the said order shall remain unaltered.
