ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 15.07.2021, for the offence punishable under Sections 387 and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No. 294 of 2021, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that apart from this case, the petitioner is involved in six previous cases.

3. Based on the representation made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition.

4. Permission is granted. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
