Considering the convenience of petitioner / wife, the Transfer CMP is allowed and the HMOP.No.856 of 2019, pending on the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the file of the Family Court, Nagercoil at Kanyakumari District to be heard and disposed of in accordance with law. Sub Court, Poonamallee is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Family Court, Nagercoil at Kanyakumari District, forthwith. No costs.
