ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD).No.4282 of 2026 dated 27.02.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for modification of the said condition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. (S S Y J) 07.05.2026 am 2/4
