ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondent is dispensed with. 2.All that the petitioner wants is to consider the petition mentioned representation.

3.The second respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent will put all the interested parties including the private respondent herein on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other.

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
