The petitioner seeks for a direction to the second respondent to consider his representation, dated 16.12.2016, wherein and whereby he sought for issuance of patta in respect of the property in Survey Nos.1122/2A, 1122/2B and 1122/3 situated at Padmanabhamangalam Village, Srivaikundam Taluk, Tuticorin District.

2.Needless to say that it is for the respondent to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the rival claimants, if any.
