This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to issue a Writ of Mandamus by directing the second Respondent to accord permission for conducting "Devotional Music Concert (Arulisai Vazhibadu)" which is schedule to be taken place on 04.03.2017 at 12.00 AM to 03.00 A.M at seashore, Tiruchendur, Thoothukudi District in connection with the 185th incarnation day of Sri.Ayya Vaikundar by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2017.
