ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD).No.5662 of 2026 dated 08.04.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted in the order, it has been stated that the petitioner along with other accused attempted to transport the contraband, but the petitioner is the sole accused and the contraband has been seized from the petitioner.

4. The said submission is recorded.

5. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
