Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue a No Objection Certificate in respect of remaining unused 14000 sq.ft. (32 cents) of land which is situated in Old Survey No.14/3, New T.S.No.6, Patta No.572, Ward IV, Madakkulam Village, Madurai Town, free from any land acquisition proceedings within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2017.
