This petition has been filed to direct the second respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that there is a complaint pending against the petitioner's husband and Non Bailable Warrant has been issued to secure him and the same is pending for the last ten years. The petitioner is called for enquiry only in that regard. 3.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to issue summons to the petitioner, before calling for enquiry.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
