ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Kovilpatti to number the petition presented by the petitioner in (unnumbered) I.P.No.nil of 2019.

2. It is seen that though the Court below has returned the Insolvency Petition presented by the petitioner questioning maintainability, the petitioner, without even giving any reply to the said query, has hurriedly come to this Court. It is the duty of the petitioner to answer the query asked by the Court below. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for in the petition.

3. In view of the above, this revision petition is dismissed. No costs. It is always open to the petitioner to approach the Court below and explain the query.
