This petition has been filed to permit the petitioners to withdraw 50 % of the award amount deposited in MCOP No.266 of 2018 dated 24.06.2022 on the file of the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, I Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.
