2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trial of NDPS Act cases, Madurai, on all hearings dates.
