ORDER

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner filed a Memo on 24.10.2024 and the same is extracted hereunder: "It is respectfully submitted that the petitioner had issued a letter seeking withdrawal of the above writ petition. Therefore, it is necessary in the interest of justice that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to record this memo and dismiss the writ petition as withdrawn."
