To issue a Writ, order or direction or any other writ in the nature of a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st and 2nd respondents in Nee.Mu.AA2/29010/19 dated 21.01.2021 and Pa.Mu.AA1/8139/17 dated 25.07.2019 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing to restore the orders passed by the 3rd respondent in TPT No.2719 of 2007 dated 06.11.2007 regarding the patta No.582 of S.No.136/1 and 136/2 of the Athipatti Village, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

WMP(MD) No.12852 of 2021 W.M.P.(MD)No.12852 of 2021 has been filed to vacate the interim stay granted in W.M.P.(MD)No.8166 of 2021.

2.The learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner repeatedly seeks adjournment, despite having the benefit of interim stay as early as on 24.06.2021.

3.The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner in W.M.P(MD)No.12852 of 2021, who is the fourth respondent in the main Writ Petition, would submit that interim stay should not be extended.

4.Since the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner is not ready to argue the matter today, interim stay granted on 24.06.2021 is not extended.
