Respondent / Complainant PRAYER :- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7434 of 2026 vide order dated 16.04.2026 in condition parra No.6 (a) Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on Anticipatory Bail on condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri.

Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar Additional Public Prosecutor ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7434 of 2026, dated 16.04.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners had granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 16.04.2026. However, they are unable to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have not executed sureties so far.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of this case, the condition imposed by this Court in Paragraph No.6(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with one surety each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.
