This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 96 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Petition against the order in Cr.M.P.8031 of 2024 in C.A.No.201 of 2024 on the file of Learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur, Thanjavur District, 1/3

dated 15.11.2024.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned on condition to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within two (2) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
