This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that there is a complaint pending in Crime No.232 of 2018 against the petitioner's son in a Woman Missing Case. The petitioner is called only for getting certain details. 3.In view of the above, the petitioner can be called for enquiry only after issuing summons to him and he shall not be harassed in the name of enquiry.
4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
