O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN, J.) Alleging that the petitioner's daughter, by name, Kanimozhi, aged about 33 years, a practicing advocate, found missing from 24.08.2021 and suspecting that the 3rd respondent abducted the detenue, the petitioner has given a complaint before the 2nd respondent police. Since no action has been taken, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. Today, the respondent Police produced the detenue before this Court and on enquiry, she submitted that she is a practicing advocate, practicing at Tiruchirappalli District. Since her parents are arranging for her marriage, for which, she is not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P.(MD) No.1280 of 2021 interested, she left the parental home on her own, and living in Manachanallur and she is not illegally detained by anybody.

3. Recording the above submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
