O R D E R

This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2016 and to direct the 2nd respondent to release the interest amount from the petitioner's deposited amount of Rs.71,000/-, which is available with the 2nd respondent society. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The case of the petitioner is that though the 2nd respondent had released her deposit amount of Rs.71,000/- on 19.02.2016, the interest amount was not released so far; that though she made a representation dated 21.03.2016 to the 2nd respondent for release of interest, the same did not evoke any response and therefore, the petitioner is before this Court with the relief stated supra.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, who would submit that the 2nd respondent is prepared to consider the representation of the petitioner and to pass suitable orders on the same.

4. In view of the above submission, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the representation dated 21.03.2016, submitted by the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment to do so.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
