Pudukottai Town, Pudukottai District on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 11.08.2016 within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to consider his representation, dated 11.08.2016, wherein and whereby he sought for survey and demarcate the property comprised in T.S.No.3515/2 & 3522/3 measuring an extent of 0.0064.5 and 0.0024.5 sq.mt respectively situated at Mela 2nd Street, Pudukottai Town, Pudukottai District.

2.Needless to say that it is for the respondent to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the rival claimants, if any. Therefore, this Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner. 3.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to pass an order on the representation of the petitioner dated 11.08.2016 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to rival claimants if any. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
