This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a negative direction in the nature of a Mandamus to forbear the respondent from in any manner interfering with the petitioner's street vending business at Junction Road, Tirunelveli in accordance with Section 3(3) of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulations) Street Vendors Act, 2014.

2.Heard Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Sivanu Pandian, learned Counsel for the respondent. 3.Dr.M.Saroja, City Health Officer, Tirunelveli Corporation is present in Court and I am presented with an order, dated 10.06.2023 in Na.Ka.No.H3/3065/2023, whereby, the petitioner had been granted permission to run the shop. There is also a photograph, which had annexed, but which had been returned back, wherein, the actual order was given by the officials to the petitioner herein.
