ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the fourth respondent to provide police protection to the life and limbs of the petitioner and his family members by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 06.11.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint, dated 06.11.2020 seeking for police protection and it is pending on the file of the fourth respondent for enquiry.

3. Considering the above, the fourth respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6 and dispose of the same, after affording an opportunity of hearing to them and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
