O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned proceedings dated 31.10.2020 issued by the 3rd respondent and to direct the respondents to grant permission to conduct Hunger Strike between 09.00 am to 5.00 pm on 30.11.2020 at Azhavidagan, Sivagangai District.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
