ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD).No.7438 of 2026 dated 16.04.2026.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.
4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a week ie., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is modified. (S S Y J) 07.05.2026 am 2/4
