2.Permission is granted. This criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All the contentions of the petitioner are left open. It is hoped that if there was no dowry demand, the petitioner's name will be deleted, when the final report is filed. The first respondent is directed to file the final report within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since it is a gruesome murder case, the proceedings will be expedited. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
